2. Webshop Software – Shopify
Our webshop runs on Shopify Inc. software. Personal data is processed through Shopify's systems to enable orders, payments, and customer accounts. Shopify takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures and may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). For this, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission are used.
3. Hosting, Email and Communication
For web hosting, we use MijnDomein. For business email traffic, we use Titan Email. These parties process personal data exclusively on behalf of TCGfanshop and take appropriate security measures to prevent misuse or loss of data.
4. Payments
To process payments, we use Mollie B.V., including iDEAL-Wero and other payment methods. Mollie processes personal data such as name, address, and payment details and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Data is used exclusively for processing payments and fulfilling legal obligations.
5. Shipping
For shipping orders, we use Sendcloud B.V.. Name and address details are shared for this purpose. This data is used exclusively for carrying out the shipment. Any subcontractors of Sendcloud are bound by the same privacy obligations.
6. Reviews
We use Trustpilot to collect reviews. When you leave a review, Trustpilot processes your name and email address and links it to your order. Trustpilot takes appropriate security measures and acts in accordance with the GDPR.
7. Marketing & Social Media
We use Instagram for marketing purposes. When you contact us via Instagram, we process the data you make public or provide to us. We do not store sensitive personal data via social media without your consent.
8. Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to gain insight into the use of our website and to improve it. Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.
This may involve the processing of personal data, such as IP address, device data, and interactions on the website. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate safeguards are applied for this, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
