At TCGfanshop, we do our best to make sure you're happy with your order. Still not completely satisfied? No problem! You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. Once we've received your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your account within 5 business days .
Return Policy
📅 You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
🧾 Don't forget to include your order number (e.g., TCG#1234) , otherwise we won't be able to process your return. Can't find your order number? Please contact us.
🔁 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns .
✅ Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition, including any accessories or packaging (if applicable).
Cancellation or address error?
🚚 The delivery person will attempt to deliver the package. It will then be held at a parcel point for another 7 days .
If the package is refused or the address is incorrect, it will automatically be returned to us. In that case, we will still charge the original shipping costs. This also applies to cancellations after shipment or a second shipping attempt.

If the form is not fully completed, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or damaged outside of our

Send your order along with the completed form to the address provided. Don't forget to use a Track & Trace code – you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches us. - Refund received
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will ensure that the amount is returned to your account within 5 working days .
