TCGfanshop Return Policy

At TCGfanshop, we do our very best to make sure you are happy with your order. Not completely satisfied? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it.

After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. This will be done no later than 14 days after receiving the return shipment or after proof has been provided that the return is on its way.

Return conditions

✅ You can register your return within 14 calendar days after receipt.

✅ The product must be returned in its original condition, including accessories, manuals and packaging where applicable.

✅ Always include your order number, for example #1234.

✅ The return must be packed securely and protected properly.

✅ We always recommend shipping with Track & Trace.

❌ Products damaged through use, incorrect use or insufficient return packaging may be refused fully or partially.

❌ Returns without sufficient identification details may not be processed.

European Union (EU)

Consumers within the European Union have the same statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days after receiving the order.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge a reduction in value.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs will only be refunded when legally required.

Extra costs resulting from a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer will not be refunded.

Refused parcels, non-collection or incorrect address

The carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel to the address provided. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at a pickup point for a limited period according to the carrier’s conditions.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, or cancelled after it has already been shipped, it will automatically be returned to us.

In these cases, the original shipping costs and any return costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

1. Register your return

Complete the return form and clearly include your order number.

2. Send your return

Send the product together with the completed return form to the return address provided.

Preferably use a shipping method with Track & Trace. Until TCGfanshop has received the return, the shipment remains the responsibility of the sender.

3. Receive your refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order.
