Which booster boxes fit in the Booster Box acrylic case?

Our Booster Box Acrylic Case fits most standard Pokémon booster boxes, such as:

  • Pokémon Scarlet & Violet
  • Pokémon Sword & Shield
  • Pokémon Sun & Moon

Please note: Some special or international boxes may vary slightly in size. If in doubt, please contact us!

Can I order larger quantities at a discount?

Yes, of course! Do you have a large collection or store? Feel free to contact us via the partner or contact page . We're happy to help.

What are the shipping costs for my order in the Netherlands or abroad?

We use the current shipping rates from DHL, DPD, or PostNL. These are automatically calculated at checkout. See the [ shipping ] page for further explanation.

When will I receive my order?

We try to ship orders placed before 2:00 PM the same day. If that's not possible, we'll ship within 3 business days (unless the webshop is temporarily closed, which we always report on the homepage). As soon as your order is on its way, you'll automatically receive a track & trace email.

Which carrier ships the orders?

We usually ship with DHL. Sometimes we choose PostNL or DPD, depending on the package and its destination.

I provided the wrong shipping address! What should I do now?

Don't worry! Send us a message as soon as possible via the contact page . If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll adjust it for you right away.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to return it.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?

Yes, you'll be responsible for paying for returns. Please also ensure you have a Track & Trace code so everything remains traceable.

How can I return an order?

Complete the return form
Download the return form, fill it out completely, and include it with your return shipment. ( Click here for the return form )

Arrange shipping
Send the items along with the form to the address provided. Always use a Track & Trace code – you, as the sender, are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund received
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
